Original 1950s L&M Filters cardboard advertising sign featuring bold yellow background, crisp red-and-white pack graphics, and the early slogan "Just What the Doctor Ordered!" promoting filtered cigarettes.

Large, 21x22" litho with light edge wear, vivid color, and light age toning on the reverse, displays strongly for framing.

Introduced by Liggett & Myers in 1953, L&M became one of the first major U.S. brands to aggressively market filter-tip cigarettes. Their mid-century advertising leaned on medical-style claims and bright point-of-sale displays like this to position filters as the "modern" option for smokers.
