I am guessing the charm is some type of cleaning bucket with 2 poles coming out like cleaning mops. I suppose it could also be a paint bucket? Or wine bucket? In excellent condition! The bottom is stamped "MEXICO-STERLING." Acid test also confirmed genuine Sterling silver. The charm measures approximately (5/8"L × .5"W) and weighs (1.68 grams).
